Hey! I am Luka, BSc in Psychology, MSc in Sport & Exercise Psychology, and I a CPD certified Health Coach.
The idea of bringing value into people's lives, and constantly learning from these interactions keeps me motivated. I believe in Psychology's potential to play a crucial role in one's road to excellence, happiness, and long-term physical and mental health.
Back in 2018, I started consulting athletes and exercisers of different levels, ages, and backgrounds. Very soon it became clear to me that the tools used to achieve mental & physical health and performance can be translated to contexts outside of sports. The three pillars that are common both in and outside of sports are Sleep, Exercise, and Nutrition. Most of my clients nowadays are high-achieving people looking to take their performance and health to another level. I specialize in goal-setting, time management, and neuro-science-based techniques for optimizing sleep & focus.
I take great inspiration for my work in my personal life. Having struggled with the three pillars in my early twenties and managing to turn it around inspired me to try and help other people reach their goals too.
