I'm committed to helping you heal your nervous system, gut and hormonal imbalances using self-healing practices.
My approach is based on functional medicine principles, a fancy way of saying that we identify and heal the root cause of your imbalances rather than relying on short-lived symptom relief. Our initial consultation is a 90-minute conversation about all aspects of your life that could (have) influence(d) your current health status, after which I create your tailored self-healing plan. We then decide on 2-3 prioritised areas to focus on to initiate your healing or health-optimising journey, which I coach you through.
If you're a hard working, A-type woman trying to juggle all the aspects of life and never feeling like you're enough, I speak your language. I have a business background having studied a BSc in International Business, a MSc in Economics and Management of Innovation and Technology and worked 7 years in the Management Consulting industry. But after falling very ill in 2019, I had to redesign my life to manage various forms of stress as well as heal my gut and hormonal imbalances.
Along this path, I've taken a Medicine course in Anatomy and Physiology from a Swedish University, and two health coaching certifications from the US and Sweden. I also teach Medicine Yoga and host retreats in Sweden to guide people in their self-healing journeys from nervous system dysregulation (stress). I use a mix of these healing modalities tailored to your needs.
